We’re looking for a proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Key Account Manager (m/f) to join our team. As we value a go-getter attitude and drive to get things done, we are looking for an individual who can influence the direction of Q engagements with the client, own the sales process which is based on strategic and fiscal objectives, and understand our client’s needs and wants. What is it all about?

  • Owning the relationship with several key accounts

  • Develop and iteratively maintain key business relationships to drive account growth and maintain stability

  • Converting qualified leads to clients and guiding them through the sales funnel while managing and organizing internal stakeholders involved in the process

  • Conducting meetings with clients, collecting project-related information, and preparing the inputs for our production team in a structured way

  • Creating project proposals, based on estimations and information provided by the Q production team

  • Reporting on updates on the account level and detecting threats, removing obstacles  and opening new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell

  • Innovating the sales process and account management activities, staying ahead of the curve with fresh ideas and initiatives

  • Using the CRM tool to efficiently track account-based activities for other departments to have timely updates on statuses

  • Owning the sales pipeline and keeping track of KPI’s to reach set goals

  • Reporting to the Head of BizDev and CBO about daily and weekly activities and interdepartmental coordination

What do we expect from you? 

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management in the IT industry (preferably in an agency environment)

  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills- experience with managing C-level stakeholders

  • Great communication and relationship-building skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse and valuable team and clients

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Strong “will do” attitude and a global mindset

  • Flexibility to adapt to new tools and procedures

  • A self-directed, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person with an eye towards high quality

  • Able to prioritize effectively and focus on the important

  • Able to travel to clients sites

And it would be awesome if you…

  • Have agency experience (multiple clients at a time)

  • Have a technical background - understanding or hands-on experience in software development projects

Salary range

From 2.000,00 - 3.200,00 EUR gross 1, but we’re ready to negotiate for more senior candidates. Our salaries are based on your experience, level of knowledge & technical interview.
