Enterprise ready Chatbot

This case study focuses on an internal AI product developed by Q to explore how enterprise chatbot solutions can improve access to knowledge, streamline communication, and support decision-making at scale. The goal was to design a flexible, secure, and high-performing chatbot that addresses common limitations of existing solutions, particularly around customization, usability, and integration into complex business environments.
Building on its experience in delivering digital products for enterprise clients, Q approached this initiative as both a product and a research effort—combining market analysis, AI model benchmarking, and UX design to create a solution tailored to real-world business needs.
The result is an enterprise-ready AI chatbot that serves as a foundation for helping organizations automate workflows, improve internal and external communication, and make faster, more informed decisions using their own data.



The discovery phase included extensive market research on existing chatbot solutions and a gap analysis to uncover market limitations. We focused on building a feature set that prioritised flexibility and security. Our team developed UI/UX concepts and conducted in-depth benchmarking of AI models and vector databases to ensure the chatbot’s performance met the high standards of enterprise requirements.

With a focus on simplicity and customisation, the design is intentionally minimalistic, making it easy for clients to tailor the chatbot to their brand and operational needs. This ensures an intuitive user experience that aligns with diverse client specifications while maintaining ease of use.

The chatbot was developed using a tech stack of React, PHP, and Python. Our team conducted extensive data preparation and AI integration, implementing a tailored LLMOps mechanism. We designed and built the complete RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline from scratch, achieving a reliable, responsive, and adaptable chatbot solution that meets the dynamic needs of enterprise users.
