What is all about:


  • Owning the product roadmap and execution for a key team focused on social experiences



  • Collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, user research, and analytics

  • to deliver features that drive user engagement and retention

  • Translating user insights and behavior data into product ideas that support habit formation and community

  • Defining, tracking, and analyzing key success metrics for social and gamification features



  • Advocate for the user and ensuring a high-quality, delightful experience


 


What do we expect:


  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in consumer-facing digital products

  • Strong product instincts and an ability to speak knowledgeably about social, gamification, and rewards systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A user-centric mindset with a bias for action and experimentation

  • Nice to have: experience in social and habit-building strategy or wellness-focused products

  • It’s expected to be onsite often (Reljkovićeva office) - candidates need to be located in Zagreb or close to Zagreb

  • This position is for our US client - new employee needs to be available (working) until 6PM Croatian time
