The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database management, background job processing, and third-party integrations, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.


What we expect:


  • Ruby on Rails (RoR): Strong experience in building scalable web applications.

  • REST API: Proficient in designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs.

  • Microservices: Expertise in building and maintaining microservices architectures.

  • Database Management: Strong data modeling, schema design, and migration experience.

  • Third-Party Integrations (must-have): Experience with webhooks and ingesting data from external vendors.

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience building or maintaining CMS platforms.

  • Background Jobs: Proficiency with Sidekiq and similar.

  • Testing & QA: Strong knowledge of RSpec, Minitest, and CI/CD automation.
