We’re looking for a proactive, team oriented and motivated Mid-Senior AI Engineer (m/f) to join our team. What would your role include:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality software products


• Write clean, efficient and well documented code that adheres to our coding standards and practices


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate these into innovative AI solutions


• Conduct experimental development and prototyping to explore new uses of Generative AI within our products


• Optimise existing AI systems for better performance and efficiency


• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability


• Develop tools, collateral, and templates to enable other teams to incorporate Generative AI into their solutions


• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends


• Lead and mentor engineers across the business in implementing Generative AI technologies into products and software (for the senior role)

Experience we're looking for:

Medior

• Proven experience as a software engineer working in an agile environment


• Creative problem-solving and strong communication skills


• Knowledge of modern full stack and cloud technologies such as Typescript, React, Node.js, Next.js & AWS


• Experience developing solutions with Python


• Desired: Experience with platforms such as Git, GitHub Actions, Jira & Confluence


• Desired: Experience with Azure

Senior

• Proven experience in software development with a portfolio demonstrating projects that incorporate AI technologies


• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders


• Strong skills developing solutions and full stack applications using JavaScript or Python


• Expert knowledge of all areas of the development lifecycle for applications deployed in cloud environments such as AWS, using platforms such as Git, GitHub Actions, Jira and Confluence


• Experienced in test driven development practices


• Experience working in an agile environment


• Desired: Knowledge of modern JavaScript full stack and cloud technologies such as Typescript, React, Node.js, Next.js


• Desired: Experience implementing Machine Learning solutions


• Desired: Experience with Azure
