Our web estimation tool was developed through an in-depth discovery process, starting with a comprehensive presales process audit to identify key pain points in backlog creation, effort estimation, and development planning.









Through targeted research, we explored AI-driven automation solutions to streamline the entire workflow, from initial planning to proposal generation. With insights in hand, we crafted a user-centered UI/UX to ensure seamless, intuitive experiences, making project estimation faster, more accurate, and easily adaptable to client needs.

For the development of our web estimation tool, we leveraged Flutter Web as the frontend framework to deliver a responsive, high-performance interface. Supabase powers our backend, providing real-time data handling and scalability.









Our in-house AI solution automates key estimation processes, reducing time and enhancing accuracy. This AI was rigorously tested and benchmarked to ensure it meets high standards for reliability and efficiency.









Additionally, we integrated the tool with HubSpot and Teamwork, enabling seamless workflow alignment with existing systems and creating a cohesive experience across platforms.
