Airex is a company that produces high-quality training mats. A new digital touchpoint was an opportunity for them to expand from a product company to a service-oriented organisation.



Q team conducted a much needed user and trainer research to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of digital training apps.
This project relies on connecting trainers and users through quality content that fosters mutual trust and learning.
Q pinpointed an idea to create the Airex digital platform for lifestyle and training that would boost Airex product sales. Shaping and creating a mobile app and web app that engages more users and trainers, helped the company build a trustworthy relationship with amazing Airex products.

By establishing user groups, we began creating the logic behind them. To train, all you need to do is register or log in, explore the video training options, and choose the type and difficulty of workout you would like to do.
With the Airex platform, customers can train safely at home without the pressure of peers. Training is enhanced with seamless communication and supportive video content.

A subscription model with full training content was one of the most important features.

Our experience developing the Airex training app and website highlighted the crucial role that community plays in supporting both physical and mental health.
