Wordpress Meetup

Everything fell into place for the @2nd Zagreb WordPress meetup!

In collaboration with the WordPress community, we wanted to bring people together to share their experiences and also to introduce ourselves in the best possible way 🙂

We made sure no one stays hungry or thirsty so all you had to do was come, listen to excellent lectures, and spread acquaintances in the Croatian WordPress community.

The first lecture on this edition of the Meetup was by Jasmina Zaro, a WordPress developer. She talked about the best and quickest ways to organize workflow in agency or freelance WordPress projects. More of the topics that Jasmina covered were: design needs in PSDs, premium, starter or custom themes, plugins, page builders, etc…

The second block of lectures was dedicated to the new WordPress Gutenberg editor. Our Žarko Đurić (from Q) talked about how Gutenberg can adapt to client requirements and how developers can best utilize the potential of this new editor.

And the last lecture was how to capture leads by using WordPress, by the name Reverse Lead Capture. This was held by Mateo Starčević, owner of the Cosqai digital agency, who is involved in design development and digital advertising.

After the lectures, the sun showed its face so we could enjoy it on our Garden Terrace with fresh cold craft beers and hot taquitos 😀
