About the Client
The ManpowerGroup is a global leader in innovative workforce solutions that connect human potential with business power. Throughout their 70-year history, they have empowered the industry and addressed the complex recruitment challenges companies face today.
Q partnered with Manpower Group and developed a psychological testing and assessment platform (Construct) that is being used worldwide during recruitment processes to empower end-users.
Discovery
Manpower’s “Construct” platform is used worldwide for recruitment purposes. The full scope of its services has not yet been utilised.
During this ongoing project, a lot of thought has been put into improving the workflow process. Through continuous parallel product discovery phases and development processes, collaboration helped set user priorities and requirements. Together with the MPG team, Q guides and develops ideas, often leading the entire process and presenting the best possible platform solution.
Design
As part of the process, Q seamlessly migrates tens of thousands of records from the legacy system to the new platform.
As soon as the migration of users from the old system is complete, Construct will become the main platform for MPG, powering the success of their end-users around the world.
Development
Following the Agile methodology from the project’s beginning, the team improved their game and performance. By focusing on continuous planning, testing, and integrations, the Q team was able to accomplish numerous sprints and meet every milestone goal.
Through the “Construct” platform, Manpower Group transformed and powered their digital transformation and improved day-to-day activities. In order to build a user-centered product, it is important to align clients’ business objectives with end-user requirements.
End Result
In this case, the Q team began developing new assessments/tests/quizzes for the MPG recruitment process, developing the main feature that enables agents to send end-users direct links to existing assessments. Combining this with the MPG platform allows recruiters to focus more on the human side of their processes.
