Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be a key player in Product Discovery and Change Management, ensuring that our digital publishing solutions are both innovative and highly functional.


Your role


  • Product Discovery & Elicitation: Leading the discovery phase, extracting requirements, and translating complex business goals into development ready backlog items. (actionable product visions.)

  • Backlog Ownership: Preparing, grooming, and leading refinement sessions with clients and internal development teams.

  • Media & Publishing Focus: Specifically translating editorial workflows into structured requirements, ensuring seamless digital publishing processes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary bridge between client decision-makers and our internal teams (Solution Architects, QA, and Developers).

  • Change Management: Proactively managing project shifts and ensuring the product remains aligned with the MVP and time-to-market goals.

  • End-to-End Involvement: Assisting QA with test planning and UAT to ensure all business requirements are met.


What we expect


  • Minimum 4+ years in Business Analysis, with a strong background in web and mobile development.

  • Proven track record in Agile environments, including writing detailed Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

  • Experience with editorial workflows (knowledge of WordPress and Gutenberg is a significant advantage).

  • A solid understanding of APIs and 3rd party integrations to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

  • Ability to map business processes while keeping organizational objectives and long-term product growth in mind.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (written and verbal).


It would be awesome if you have


  • PSPO Certification or a strong background in the Product Management domain.

  • Experience in Change Management within large-scale, long-term client engagements.

  • The ability to create wireframes or prototypes to visualize requirements.
