What is it all about?

• Design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms to address complex data-related challenges.


• Analysing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing actionable insights


• Development and maintenance of data processing pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.


• Working closely with development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructures.


• Providing regular updates on project progress, including insights, findings, and potential challenges, to stakeholders.


• Collaborating effectively with team members and third-party collaborators to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project tasks.


• Working on development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications, including natural language understanding and generation.


• Utilising AI techniques to map, optimize, and transform business processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.


• Driving AI-driven innovation in product development, creating intelligent features and solutions that meet market needs.


• Staying current with advancements in AI, ML, LLMs and product innovation to drive continuous improvement within the team.


• Mentoring junior team members in best practices for AI model development, deployment, and product innovation.

What do we expect?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.


• Experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a focus on Large Language Models and product innovation


• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch


• Strong experience with ETL processes and data engineering.


• Strong SQL skills and experience with NoSQL databases.


• Proficiency in data analysis, including data manipulation, querying, and visualization techniques.


• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and techniques, particularly in anomaly detection and pattern recognition.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively.


• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.>


• Proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment, preferably within an Agile or Scrum framework.


• Advanced English language skills.


• Ability to adapt to different tools and ways of working.


• Experience with hugging face libraries and scikit-learn.

Our salaries are based on your experience, level of knowledge & technical interview.
