1. Stepathlon – Sports Industry
Stepathlon is a virtual fitness platform that offers inclusive challenges for participants of all ages, genders, locations, and physical abilities.
The new platform, designed and developed by Q, saw a 3x increase in user engagement compared to the old one. Stepathlon is not just a custom turnkey digital solution, but a customisable app in itself.
This was made possible by bringing in the Q team to all phases of the project:

During the discovery, we helped distill clear user requirements, development milestones and a high-level solution design.
On the design side, Stepathlon needed a white-label app for corporations and sports clubs. The focus was on research, wireframing, and prototyping. This resulted in a scalable design system.
The developers’ main challenge was integration with Terra, a third-party system that provides data on users’ physical activities. These activities had to match their selected goals, which in turn triggered rewards when milestones were achieved. The rewards were then processed through another third-party system, LiveLike, which updated the leaderboards and reflected user rankings in real-time.
2. Subsea7 – Energy Industry
Subsea7 is a global leader in engineering, construction, and project management services for the offshore energy sector. The company provides integrated solutions for the installation and maintenance of subsea infrastructure.
Q agency has helped Subsea7’s digital transformation by creating a bespoke software solution composed of:
- Onshore application for entering the ship log data that runs on vessels.
- Central onshore application collecting said data, collating and monitoring it.
- Project management application.
- Equipment transportation system for streamlining logistics.
- System for project budget estimation.

3. Sandoz – Web Application for the Pharma Industry
SANDOZ is a market leader in generic pharmaceuticals and a pioneer in biosimilars.
Q helped Sandoz to upgrade their Stockout Monitor project, which helps pharmacists have the right information about drug shortages and find their alternatives.
The requirements were:
- Connecting with numerous external services.
- Loading a substantial amount of data.

- Ensuring real-time data accuracy.
- Ensuring real-time data reliability.
- Managing diverse APIs.

4. Smart Pension – Fintech Industry
Smart Pension, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the United Kingdom, offers their clients a digital-first pension and investments platform.
We have helped Smart Pension by offering managed digital transformation services via a dedicated team consisting of:

5. Jenz – Internal Social Media Network
Jenz is a mobile application invented, designed, developed and verified by Q agency, from the ground up.

Everyone’s heard about The Times. They are one of the oldest newspapers in Great Britain.
NewsUK, the largest British publishing house, partnered with Q to create an end-to-end platform that merges travel experiences with expert insights: The Times Travel.
It took us 6 months to implement UX and UI design, develop custom WordPress themes, implement search engine optimisation recommendations and guidelines and build the overall web infrastructure.
The result?
15% revenue growth.
8. Sela – events management industry
Sela is a leading events management company operating worldwide, based in Saudi Arabia. Via Riyadh is one of its properties, quickly becoming a top luxury destination.
Sela’s team, in collaboration with Q, worked on developing a brand new website and mobile application for Via Riyadh.
The Q team was responsible for:
