Our New HQ in Zagreb

Thanks to our fresh and novel approach, we succeeded to grow 25000% since our founding. Our HQ oice in Zagreb is where the magic happens. 🙂

Architecture & Design

Our HQ oice building is located in the center of Zagreb. The creators of our HQ oice building drew inspiration from the Behrens’ AEG turbine factory, 18th-century orangeries, dutch architecture, New York lofts, and Kovačić’s Stock Exchange Palace in Zagreb.

The oice is basically divided into three zones: the oice zone, the lounge zone and the conference zone; all of which are multi-purpose and can easily be transformed to be part of one another. A rather special feature of the building are outer terraces on each floor, which have multiple uses and a great impact on the well-being of our employees.

Knowledge Hub

The real magic happens at the events which we organize. From local social events to company activities, we want our people to relax, have fun and be active. Those events include many design and tech meetups, conferences, international student visits, themed parties, BBQs as well as casual Friday hangouts, birthday celebrations, movie nights and spontaneous team buildings.

Fun & Lounge Zone

A special layer of our eorts is materialised in the Fun & Lounge Zone, which we carefully designed to be an oasis of relaxation and rest for our employees. Here are some of the things our employees can do or enjoy:

Oice Essentials

We strive to uphold a certain standard in the work environment, which we do by taking care of our employees and their needs. In this fashion we make sure there is daily fresh fruit, premium coee, cereals, snacks, sweets, bottled water and that everyone gets ice-cream on Frozen Friday.

What’s it like to work at Q?

Here at Q, we take pride in having a dierent approach to attracting talent. We don’t conduct the usual cookie-cutter recruitment process. For instance, it is not uncommon to see a humanity & social sciences major working in our finance department, or a French-language professor working as one of our programmers. Out of all the things that we oer to our employees, our great work environment and fantastic atmosphere are especially well-known and talked-about.
