We’re looking for a motivated, proactive, and team-oriented Senior Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic team. What is it all about?
- Create and maintain sales materials tailored to different client segments.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and automating routine processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare customized presentations and support lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales processes to optimize conversion rates.
- Implement inbound marketing strategies using CRO best practices.
- Optimize the website for UX/UI, regularly updating content to reflect new products and campaigns.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for web projects and monitor progress through communication tools.
- Work with external agencies to manage and optimize paid campaigns.
- Analyze website performance, recommending improvements based on analytics and testing.
- Ensure high-quality performance through effective multitasking and stress management.
- Develop and execute outbound marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, cold outreach, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by aligning content, outreach, and campaigns with target account objectives.
What do we expect from you?
- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, including both strategic and operational responsibilities
- Expertise in areas such as digital marketing, project management, CRM, social media campaigns, and user experience optimization (UX/UI).
- Develop high-quality sales materials consistent with active campaigns and branding.
- Maintain CRM system accuracy and integrity.
- Lead web projects as the SPOC and ensure timely updates based on business needs.
- Manage external agency relationships to align campaigns with organizational goals.
- Apply data-driven insights to enhance marketing activities and report outcomes promptly.
