We’re looking for a proactive, team-oriented and motivated Manager of Frontend Excellence to join our Centre of Excellence team. Your role
- Participate in R/D initiative and work with the team on Proof of Concepts both in the Client facing capacity and in Internal innovations
- Encourage innovation by exploring, integrating new frontend technologies, tools & techniques
- Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and product managers to translate designs into high-quality frontend code, ensuring a user-centered approach
- Understanding the Client’s pain points and business to create feasible solutions
- Establish and maintain frontend development standards and best practices to ensure code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability across projects
- Lead and coordinate code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles, while providing feedback to improve overall code quality
- Define and advocate for frontend architecture principles, working closely with Solution Architects to promote modularity, reusability, and maintainability
- Take responsibility for planning, developing, documenting, and supervising the maintenance of reusable frontend components, UI component libraries, design systems, and internal frontend skeletons to ensure long-term efficiency, consistency, and maintainability across projects
- Mentor frontend developers, providing regular guidance and feedback and helping them improve their technical skills and grow in their careers
- Stay up-to-date with frontend development trends, sharing insights with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Experience we are looking for...
- Client facing experience and ability to understand the client’s perspective
- Proven expertise in frontend technologies - Angular, React, Vue, NextJS, NuxtJS (or similar), providing leadership and guidance across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to promote and support best practices and coding standards in frontend development
- Experience in collaborating on the definition and monitoring of KPIs for frontend roles, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of frontend tools, frameworks, and IT systems necessary for daily work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to address open issues and maintain transparent, timely communication with clients
- Proven ability to assess, estimate, and deliver high-quality project requirements on time and within scope
- Strong leadership in managing task planning and organization for both personal and team responsibilities
- A track record of mentoring and developing frontend talent, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Proactive approach to proposing new solutions and improvements, continuously contributing to frontend excellence
