Q becomes Six. Greater than Five. (April Fools’ Prank)

Let’s come right out and say it: We are taking our company into the next phase of growth by rebranding our name and logo.


As of today, we are Six. Greater than Five. Over the past six years, Q has changed significantly, so we were keen to engage all employees and customers — new and existing — to identify what our personality is and the traits that define it.


Why Six?


Number 6 is the symbol of luck and the highest number of the dice. We are 6 years old, have 6 global oices, operate on 6 continents and our founding team consisted of 6 people. Also, the Pythagoreans acknowledged the number 6 to be the first perfect number. In mathematics a perfect number is when all the numbers divisors (excluding the number itself) are added, the sum equals the number itself (1+2+3=6).


New Visual Identity


One of the most exciting parts of a rebrand is the visual identity which is now unmistakably clear. Our new identity truly reflects our promise and expertise and is very recognizable among the target population.


The color red is a highly visible color that is able to focus attention quickly and get people to make quick decisions, which is one of the reasons fire trucks and fire engines are usually painted red. Red represents physical energy, lust, passion, and desire. It also symbolizes action, confidence, and courage.


Rocket with two strong engines is the main element of the new visual identity. It represents a strong and bold team willing to take new challenges and challenge the boundaries of digital.

The author of the new visual identity is Goran Trtinjak, our Senior UX Designer with a strong background in digital projects worldwide.


Many thanks also go to the Fabular team, led by Anja Bauer, author of the initial Q branding and slogan Whatever the Q, we got the A”. For the second time in just two years, they came up with the amazing brand story we are sure will be recognizable globally. In 2018, Q was named as one of the best global brands according to REBRAND 100® Global Awards. We are sure Six will achieve the same!
