We’re looking for a proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Junior UX/UI Designer (m/f) to join our Q team. We value a go-getter attitude, the drive to get things done and the empathy to understand our client’s needs and wants. Our team prides itself on working hard and having fun while doing it. What we expect from you

  • 1+ years of experience in designing digital products
  • You were working or assisting in designing products that were successfully launched
  • Excellent organization skills and orientation to details
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to understand design processes internally and outside the team
  • Ability to analyze workshops with the team and the clients
  • Understanding of the business challenges and their requirements
  • Understanding of the user-centered design and human behavior
  • Creating UX deliverables like sitemaps, user flows (journeys), personas, wireframes…
  • Understanding of how user research shapes a product
  • Good knowledge of Figma or Sketch, or any other design and prototyping tool
  • Clean visual design sense
  • Good presentation skills in English
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Love for solving problems and being challenged
  • Constant learner who wants to grow - both personally and with the team
And it would be awesome if you:
  • Had experience in interaction design (including animation/motion knowledge)
  • Had experience in graphic design
